Farmers Registration is the first step in the operation of Production Control System. Once a farmer is registered into the system, all the services will get linked to his/her profile thus avoiding duplication and tracking real service delivery records. 

Agriculture Students from Rampur Campus, Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science, Tribhuvan University were mobilized to collect information on farmers demography, socio-economic condition and production status. A total of 45 students (23 Female and 22 Male) were employed for carrying out the survey among farmers of Madi Municipality. The collected data is entered into the system providing a separate Identity Number to each farmer.
