After the introduction of the federal government system in Nepal, agricultural extension to the farmers is the utmost need for the local bodies. For the effective extension, there is a need for empowerment of the Agriculture and Livestock Development Section under Palinkas. The production control system aims to provide the farmer's identification and classification information, agriculture and livestock business plans for the farmers registered under the Palika including farmers' ID and service management system.
